Another new client has recently purchased a Seat Ibiza with my help.
She wanted a smallish car with a little style / sportiness for about 10,000 miles a year.
The Seat Ibiza is a VW group product which is very similar to the VW Polo or Skoda Fabia but feels a little larger and certainly looks stylish and sporty.
The 1.4 litre petrol engine we chose is quick enough to make the car feel fun, almost as frugal as the equivalent diesel but much cleaner. It’s also a proven engine in terms of reliability.
I located the perfect vehicle for my client less than 30 miles from her home and travelled with her to look at it. I looked over the car with her and asked the vendor questions for the client to try to rule out future problems.
It was a private sale and the car was advertised at several hundred pounds over market value. Once the client had decided she wanted the car, I negotiated a £400 discount and then HPI checked the Ibiza to check it had no outstanding finance, hadn’t been declared a write-off and that the mileage shown was likely to be genuine.
The deal was done a week or so later. A happy client with the right car for the next few years, bought at the right price. She will also benefit from my ‘existing BCC client benefits’ – see the ‘Existing Clients Benefits’ page on the website.
